Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Carefully pack the watch in its original OLEVS gift box, including all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards to ensure the item remains in mint condition.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our quality control center for inspection.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
